Students are admitted to the school at the commencing of the new academic year. New admissions are made on the based on the performance of the candidates in the entrance test conducted. For the candidates from other schools seeking admission, the same is granted considering their performance in the previous school studied and the entrance test. Admissions to all grades may be given in accordance with the seat availability.
The application form for admission can be obtained from the Administration office of MCRS, on payment of, Rs.100 for the Junior, Primary, Middle and Secondary School; and Rs.150 for Senior Secondary School.
Application form also can be downloaded from our website www.mountcarmel.edu.in, and the application fee can be paid during the submission of the application.
The duly filled application form should be submitted on or before the last date specified. Eligible candidates will appear for the entrance test. Guardians of the selected candidates for admission will be informed and they shall submit the required documents.
Documents to be produced by candidates for admissions include but not limited to the following:
- Birth Certificate
- Progress Report (applicable to candidates from other schools seeking admission)
- Transfer Certificate issued by the Head of the ex-institution (applicable to candidates from other schools seeking admission)
- Conduct certificate (applicable to candidates from other schools seeking admission)
- Photographs.
It is hereby stated that the school management reserve all the right to deny admission to any candidate without providing the reason.
